Terms of Service

1. About IBLUMA

IBLUMA is a wellness and lifestyle booking marketplace operating in Ibiza, Spain. We connect guests seeking yoga, massage, beauty, and boat transfer services with independent certified providers on the island.

IBLUMA acts as an intermediary — we are not a provider of wellness or transport services ourselves. The contract for services is between the guest and the individual provider.

2. Using the Platform

As a Guest

• You must be 18 years or older to make bookings
• You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information
• You are responsible for being available at the agreed time and location
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee as specified per provider

As a Provider

• You confirm you hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance for your services
• You agree to honor all confirmed bookings made through IBLUMA
• You will respond to booking inquiries within 2 hours during operating hours
• You are solely responsible for the services you provide and their quality
• You may not solicit direct bookings from guests introduced through IBLUMA for 12 months

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp notification. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking confirmation. IBLUMA charges a platform service fee of 15% on each transaction, deducted before provider payout.

• Payouts to providers are processed within 2 business days after service completion
• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Currency: EUR (€)

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Guest cancellations:

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund

Provider cancellations:

• Guests receive a full refund if a provider cancels
• Repeated provider cancellations may result in account suspension

For boat taxi bookings, cancellation terms may vary by captain. Specific terms are shown during the booking process.

5. Liability

IBLUMA is a marketplace platform and is not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or outcomes of services provided by independent providers
• Injuries, losses, or damages arising from services booked through the platform
• Weather cancellations for boat taxi services (force majeure)

Providers carry their own liability insurance. Guests use services at their own risk and are encouraged to verify provider credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and design is owned by IBLUMA. Provider photos and bios remain the property of the respective provider but grant IBLUMA a non-exclusive license for display on the platform.

7. Prohibited Use

• Impersonating another person or provider
• Submitting false reviews or ratings
• Using the platform for unlicensed or illegal services
• Attempting to bypass the platform for direct payments to avoid fees
• Harassment of providers, guests, or IBLUMA staff

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ibiza (Islas Baleares), Spain. For consumer disputes, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of IBLUMA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
